Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is TEXORY srls, with registered office at Via del Santuario 320, 65125 Pescara (PE), Italy, and operating office at Via Raiale 110/bis, 65128 Pescara (PE). Tax code 02465420681, VAT number IT02465420681. For any question about your personal data you can write to info@texory.it or, by certified email (PEC), to texory@pec.it.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you provide of your own accord when you contact us, through the contact form on the site or by email, phone or WhatsApp. Depending on the channel, this may include:

• First and last name, or company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your area of interest (marketing or digital solutions) and, if you indicate it, the type of digital solution
• Any further information you choose to share about your business or your request

We do not collect data without your knowledge and we do not buy contact lists from third parties.

3. The contact form

The site provides a contact form through which you can send us a request. The required fields are name or company name, email address and phone number; you may also indicate, optionally, your area of interest and the type of solution. To submit the form you must tick the box confirming that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data to answer your request. Data sent through the form reaches us by email at info@texory.it and is processed only for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Why we use your data and on what basis

We use your data only to reply to you and follow up on the request you sent us and, if you ask, to prepare quotes or proposals. The legal basis is the adoption of pre-contractual measures at your request and the reply to the request you send us of your own accord (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with the consent you give by ticking the form box (art. 6(1)(a)).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows. If a collaboration begins, the data is kept for the duration of the project and for the time required by law, for example tax and accounting obligations. If no relationship arises, basic contact data is deleted when it is no longer useful for the purpose.

6. Who it may be shared with

Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed, on our behalf and only for the purposes above, by parties that provide us with technical or professional services, for example the hosting and email provider or the accountant, appointed as data processors where required. WhatsApp, if used as a channel, processes data according to its own policy.

7. Cookies

This site is built in static HTML and does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools for advertising or statistical purposes. Should tools that install cookies be introduced in the future, a dedicated cookie notice will be published and, where necessary, consent requested.

8. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• access your data and request a copy;
• request its correction if inaccurate, or its deletion;
• request the restriction of processing or object to it;
• withdraw a consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
